100 Cupcakes

Yesterday I delivered my order of 100 cupcakes for a baby shower... CarrotCake and Coconut Milk cupcakes.... cupcakes all over the place..... Everything turned out great !!! (thank god )

Day 3

Wednesday day 3 -

My Husband left to Peru on Monday, with his father for a " intervention" diet type of thing, I am here sitting thinking about how much I miss him and his irratating habbits  that annoy me so much when he's here ... lol its funny how someone can miss little things like constantly telling him Miguel I'm not your maid pick up your clothes off the floor ... So while he is gone I myself have to get on the ball with my weight loss I have been feeling really down about myself and my weight, I am tired of people telling me " You have such a pretty face, You need to loose the weight though " ... I feel alot has to do with everyday stress, I have 4 beautiful kids 9,3, 1 1/2, and a 6 month old... But I found this really cool outlet to release alot of my stress .... baking I love to bake and honestly I am not the best at it but I am getting pretty good ... I just need to remember one day at a time... And God doesnt give us more then we can handle ....
