Pumpkin Flan

Ok So I had Flan for the first almost 4 years ago, I was pregnant with my son who is 3 1/2. Up untill that day I always was like a dessert snob and would pass on any type of flan, And if you've ever been pregnant sometimes you get these weird desires for different types of foods, So my husband and I went to go eat at a cuban resturant here in town and I had a slice... and OMG I almost died......it was SOOOOOOO GOOOOD... I had a little slice of heaven in my mouth.... and the 2nd thought that ran threw my mind is WHY , WHY did I waste so many years without flan... lol So I was determined to learn how to make it .... So fast forward a few years and 3 kids, ( and  30+ pounds  ) later, here I am setting up my baking bussiness and Flans being my biggest sellers ... lol  I have come up with what I consider a great flan right texture, sweetness, and flavors..... But I am still learning right now I am baking a pumpkin flan for the first time, So we'll see how this one comes out, Keeping my fingers crossed ....
